Sterilization methods buckle tourniquets include the following:
1.Running water cleaning and air drying: the tourniquet can be cleaned by running water cleaning followed by air drying.

3.Iodophor disinfection: Tourniquets used during blood collection can be disinfected with 0.5% iodophor.

5.Autoclaving: For reusable tourniquets, autoclaving can significantly reduce bacterial contamination.
